This is an overview page. You can select a header image for it in the page properties.
Overview Page (Übersichtsseite)
An overview page differs from a standard content page mainly in that it features a large header image, which can be placed at the very top, and the text block that sits above it. Otherwise, you can add widgets to the overview page just as you would to any other page to build the layout.
