I am a PhD candidate working at the intersection of epistemology and social and political philosophy under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Cristina Borgoni. My research focuses on self-knowledge, first-person authority, and epistemic injustice. In particular, I examine how institutional power shapes individuals’ understanding of their own experiences, their ability to express them, and the recognition they receive as knowers of their own minds.
Previously, I completed a BSc and an MSc in International Economic Relations, followed by an MA in Philosophy and Economics at the University of Bayreuth. My master’s thesis explored hermeneutical injustice in economic decision-making. My broader academic interests lie at the intersection of epistemology, social and political philosophy, and economics.
